Tulle is everywhere, it is undeniable that is has become a major fashion item! And I love it when my friends, who know my love for tulle, send me pictures and video's of beautiful tulle outfits. I've always loved that magnificent picture of Marilyn Monroe with her white tulle skirt. I think that is when I fell in love with tulle in the first place.
